Thirty-one Days to Learn God’s Plan for Us
This plan is a general overview of God’s encounter with humanity, our responses to Him, and how He gives us Hope, Salvation and an Eternal Future.
If you want to know how to live your life in a way that will please God and be more than profitable for you as well, every day read a chapter in the book of Proverbs.
There are 31 Chapters in Proverbs. Set aside aside a sacred time for yourself. Begin your day by reading a chapter of Proverbs to provide a perspective that the world will not - and cannot - give you. Or read before retiring to seek respite from the pressures of the day. Proverbs has much to say about your relationships with people, business practices, integrity, marriage, raising children, making the right choices, avoiding pitfalls, bringing order to chaos and a cornucopia of God's wisdom that will guide you through this day and every day of your life.
Each day read the chapter that corresponds with the day of the month. For example, on the 5th day of the month, you would read chapter 5. Months with only 30 days and February with a mere 28 or 29 will obviously require some adjustment.
If you follow this plan, by the end of the month you will have read the entire book of Proverbs. If you do this every month, in a year you will have read through Proverbs twelve times. The rewards you reap in your faith and knowledge will bring an immeasurable bounty to your life with God!
